Vendor FAQ

The priority application deadline has passed. Can I still apply?

Yes. We will continue reviewing applications and accepting vendors until all spaces are filled, even if applications are submitted after the priority application deadline. Once spaces are filled, we applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified if space becomes available.

 

I sell Lularoe/Mary Kay/Jamberry/etc. Can I apply?

While we love supporting our friends and neighbors that operate their own businesses, our Fall Fest and Christmas on the Farm craft and gift markets showcase unique, handmade items. No independent sales representatives/consultant based businesses will be considered.

 

Does being a vendor guarantee me a spot for future shows?

Acceptance for one event does not guarantee a spot for future events. We consider all applicants for each event. Space is limited, so we take into consideration the variety of products provided by applicants to provide a diverse selection for shoppers and feedback from previous events to establish the lineup of vendors for each event.

 

Are photos required?

Yes. You may submit photos as digital files or provide hard copies with your application. Photos are required to give us the best understanding o the product you offer.

 

I have my own display. Must I use the provided table for Christmas on the Farm?

Yes. Our space is limited and the setup is not conducive to having vendors bringing in alternate displays. The provided table cannot be removed from your space.

Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM

Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM

Sunday: 11 AM - 4 PM
